Afterlife of the Party starring Victoria Justice, Midori Francis, Spencer Sutherland, Timothy Renouf, Robyn Scott, and Adam Garcia, has officially premiered on Netflix. In the film, Cassie (Justice), social butterfly, dies at a party on her birthday in a freak accident, and if she wants to earn her wings, she’s going to have to right her wrongs on Earth first.
It looks like a pretty heavy plot to read for what’s actually a relatively light-hearted movie, but the meaning definitely gets in your head and makes you think for a minute. If you’re like me, and you miss Victorious or Dash & Lily, you’re probably ready to see stars Victoria Justice and Midori Francis, respectively, return to the screen. And that’s exactly what you get!
